INCREASE YOUR ONLINE PRIVACY AND SECURITY

We go to great lengths to keep communication secure, but any communication sent using the internet involves some risk. You can greatly enhance your privacy and security online by following the steps below.

Use a new device with up-to-date software. Purchase the device person to person in cash to avoid supply chain attacks. Do not use your personal phone, laptop, computer etc.

Use the Tor browser, a virtual private network and/or a device not registered to you and use DuckDuckgo as search engine. Following this procedure makes it almost impossible for threat actors to follow your contact moments with Sector Cube.

Use a trusted no-logs VPN service to hide your Tor Browser connection
(VPN → Tor). Do not use Tor → VPN. Avoid the usage of free VPN's, as they more often than not collect data.

Change locations, times, WiFi-networks. Do not make contact following the same patterns, i.e. after work, gym etc. Use public WiFi-networks, but not continously the same.

Do not send pictures or documents that might have EXIF-data or screenshots with visible identifying content or timestamps. Apply EXIF-data removal tools on the documents to optimize security.

If you suspect you are being monitored closely, avoid the usage of personal identifying information till further instructions. Avoid mentioning names, positions and locations.

● Delete app/browser history after making contact.
● Do not use voice/picture/video messages untill notice.

● Be aware of phishing and false accounts.

● If you suspect you are being followed, stop immediately.
